It varies for everyone based on your goals, insurance, and etc. Every case is different.
Often times people are seen 1-2 week and then taper once progress is noted.
Most of the time physical therapy includes manual therapy to help reduce pain and improve tissue quality. This is followed by progressive loading which may include bodyweight exercises and using resistance. This is what the evidence says not to only have immediate pain relief but to have the best long-term results possible. We never push past your discomfort but we do flirt with it. This needs to be done so you can improve.
Nothing, I will bring everything we will need. I may recommend bands or other products but it's different for everyone.
