Stenosis Pathway

Hi! I'm Dr. Michael Derry, a physical therapist based out of Jacksonville, Florida. I've been exactly where you are with sciatica pain. After facing my own disc herniation and being recommended for surgery at just 25 years old, I developed the approach that became the SPARK method.

As a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with residency training, I've spent over a decade helping patients overcome sciatica and nerve pain.

My evidence-based, practical approach focuses on empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to move from vulnerability to resiliency.
